Aeron began his career in Clinical Psychology before transitioning to Finance and Investments, leveraging his background to better understand client needs. His experience encompasses investment management, corporate banking, and real estate financing. He holds an MBA from the Sauder School of Business and is a Chartered Investment Manager and Personal Financial Planner, recognized as a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute—one of the highest honors in the financial industry. Aeron has served as a commentator on VTV (now CTV) and radio and is passionate about educating youth, having spoken at high schools about careers in financial services. In his spare time, he likes spending time with friends and family, meeting new people, traveling, enjoys opera, golf, fishing, and hiking.

Annie earned her BSc from Nanjing University and is a certified Early Childhood Educator with specialized training for supporting children with disabilities. Fluent in Mandarin, she plays a crucial role in bridging cultural gaps. Having immigrated from Beijing 20 years ago, Annie understands the challenges faced by new immigrants in Canada. She helps them navigate financial and lifestyle adjustments, drawing on her own experiences. At Full Throttle, she manages accounting and limited marketing efforts while serving as the privacy officer, ensuring clients receive attentive and knowledgeable support. In her spare time, she likes traveling, spending time with friends and family, hiking, swimming, and dining.
